Prices and VAT
All our prices include VAT (for all EU orders only), charged at current rates. All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling and all orders are charged in UK pounds sterling.
UK orders, payments and delivery
We accept the following payment methods for your UK order:

All UK shipments include insurance for protection of your package while in transit.
All orders placed before 12.00 noon on a working day are sent on the same day and delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed after 12.00 noon are sent on the next working day for delivery within the next 2 working days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends and bank holidays.
If in the unlikely event that your package has not been delivered within 3 working days, please notify us immediately so we can investigate.
International orders, payments and delivery
We ship to most European countries, USA and Canada. If you want your order sent to any other destinations, please contact us as we may be able to arrange it.

The cost of shipping to overseas destinations is dependent on the destination and includes insurance for protection of your package while in transit. All orders placed before 12.00 noon on a working day are sent on the same day.
Delivery varies from 2 - 10 working days depending on your location. Please bear in mind that Ennovations Ltd is not responsible for importation duties payable on your purchases upon entry into your country.
Should you have any concerns, contact us prior to placing your order as we may be able to offer you advice.
If in the unlikely event that your package has not been delivered within 14 working days, please notify us immediately so we can investigate.
